Everything you need before you book β€” no surprises.

What's the difference between the two packages?

The Experience Package ($699) includes your theme plus the signature activity matched to that theme β€” no choices needed, everything is handled. Build Your Party ($500) gives you the full sleepover setup and lets you pick exactly which extras and favors you want to add.

How does setup and breakdown work?

We arrive at least 3 hours before your party, set everything up completely, and return the next morning at 9:00 AM to pack it all down. You don't lift a finger. All linens are professionally laundered between every single party.

How far in advance should I book?

We recommend booking at least 2–3 weeks in advance, especially for weekend dates which fill up quickly. We accept one party per day, so dates are first-come, first-served. Full payment is required to hold your date.

What is your cancellation policy?

Cancellations 5+ days before the party receive a full refund. Cancellations between 5 days and 48 hours receive a 50% refund. Cancellations within 48 hours are non-refundable. One free reschedule is available with 7+ days notice, subject to availability.

Do you stay during the party?

We set up before your party begins and return the next morning for breakdown. We do not stay overnight. If you've booked an activity extra, we stay to run that activity and then leave once it's complete. A responsible adult must be present at all times.

Are the linens clean and safe?

Yes β€” every set of linens is professionally laundered between every single party. Air mattresses are wiped down and sanitized before each use. We take hygiene seriously and are happy to share our cleaning process if you'd like.

How many kids can attend?

Both packages include up to 4 tents. Add more at $85 per tent for groups up to 10 kids. For parties over 10, please contact us for a custom quote β€” we love a big party!

Can I add extras to the Experience Package?

Absolutely! The Experience Package includes your signature activity, but you can add more extras at $150 each (Tie Dye and Slime are $175 due to higher supply costs). Many families add a Photo Booth or Sweet Treat station on top.

What ages is this best for?

Our parties are designed for ages 5 and up β€” all the way until they think they're too cool for a Duck & Covers party. (Spoiler: that never happens. Because who's too cool for THE BEST PARTY EVER?!)

Do you offer daytime parties?

Yes! Our setup works beautifully for daytime slumber-style parties, birthday celebrations, and weekend hangouts. Everything is the same β€” tents, linens, activities β€” just without the overnight component. Contact us to discuss timing.

How much space do you need?

Each tent footprint is roughly 3ft Γ— 6ft. For a 4-tent setup you'll need a clear area of approximately 12ft Γ— 8ft in a living room, basement, or bedroom. Pets must be secured during setup and teardown. We'll confirm the layout with you before your party.

Where do you serve?

We serve Montgomery County, PA and surrounding areas. Travel within 30 miles of Blue Bell, PA is included. Beyond that, a travel fee of $1.50/mile applies. Contact us to confirm your location before booking.
